Favourite Photographers - Tom Hunter

This photographer is a gent from Peckham in London who did a series based on front page titles of his local newspaper. As they always seemed to show horror, death and violence of the local area unlike national papers.

What Hunter has done in this series is take great pieces of art from the 18th and 19th century and recreated them based on the headlines of his local papers, by recreating these master peices Tom Hunter has become a well known art photographer.

If you ever get chance to see his work, go, they are out standing and impacting. They make you think of what the world around us gets up too and the recreations are fantastic.
